Become a Game Master at Eleventh Hour Enigma!

Tulsa’s premier escape room experience is seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and quick-thinking individuals to become part of our immersive storytelling team.

As a Game Master, you are the heartbeat of the adventure — welcoming guests, guiding them through live-action escape experiences, and making every moment unforgettable.  We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented team members with a passion for storytelling, performance, and guest engagement.

If you love performing, solving puzzles, and creating memorable experiences — this is your stage!

You’ll Captivate Guests By:

• Delivering energetic, in-character introductions to each game;

• Monitoring gameplay in real time, offering hints and advancing the story in-character;

• Mastering each room’s story, mechanics, and reset process to keep adventures flowing smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A vibrant, outgoing personality and top-notch customer service instincts;

• Strong SCRIPTED acting skills and confidence staying in character—current roles include:

• The ability to give guests your undivided attention — staying fully focused, engaged, and present to deliver a seamless and immersive experience from start to finish;

• Confidence leading post-game debriefs to celebrate wins, answer questions, and capture memorable photos;

• Attention to detail during fast-paced game resets;

• Poise under pressure and the ability to think on your feet;

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., climb ladders, and use basic hand tools;

• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and phone skills;

• General maintenance and cleaning duties for the props, games and venue;

• Contribute to creative projects (art, writing, photography, videography) during downtime.

Position Details:

• Part-time: 15–25 hours per week

• More hours available during holidays and special events

• MUST have availability on evenings and WEEKENDS

• Prefer candidates to be at least 18 (exceptional 16+ applicants may be considered)

• Reliable transportation REQUIRED
